The simplest implementation: send block to openai and display response, as markdown, in a new block

I've had a good experience with Claude (https://claude.ai) too. These days I tend to just use poe.com but it would be handy having AI in edna too.

Allowing for other model providers with Open AI compatible APIs would be great as well as accessing ollama different blocks could then be sent to different models.
