Describe The Bug
For whatever reason, audio normalization is no longer working on Firefox for Linux. When enabled, music appears to play but no sound is produced, just dead air. Video audio continues to work normally and if I disable Audio Normalization everything works normally.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Load up Firefox on Linux
  2. Enable Audio Normalization
  3. Try to play any music, format doesn't seem to matter.

Expected Behavior
It use to play audio but no longer plays.

Logs
I am not sure where to look for logs for this issue. I checked the ffmpeg and general log and did not see any useful information or obvious crash. I also don't see any error in the developer console. If someone can tell me where or what to look for maybe I missed something.

Screenshots
This is an audio issue, everything looks fine visually.

System (please complete the following information):

  • Platform: Gentoo Linux
  • Browser: Firefox
  • Jellyfin Version: 10.10.3

Additional Context
It doesn't seem to matter if I set it to track or album gain, neither work. Chrome seems to work fine on the same machine.
