idea: add shortcut parameter for autostart API server

Problem Statement

I must start manually the API server when I start my PC.
I would like this to be automatic.

Feature Idea

Add parameter like this would allow the API server to start automatically and simply :
"janai.exe --autostart"

by the way it would be possible to pass other parameters like the port, the IP, the model, etc.

@imtuyethan I know, but I like the simplicity of installing janai and so what is the use of offering to start an API server in this case from janai?
