Subject: [PATCH] PubChemLite - Oct 2023 update

Late due to issues with Zenodo deposition after their upgrade (fixed finally tonight). Note URLs have changed (record*s* not record) but old URLs seem to redirect still. Hopefully this will run smoothly.
