As a business, when trying to redeem a voucher sent on 12/18/24, I receive the following error (see screenshot), and no amount is shown on the voucher.

As a business, when trying to redeem a voucher sent on 12/18/24, I receive the following error (see screenshot), and no amount is shown on the voucher.

Laura of Worm Return claims that she logged in as a business to the dashboard, and there were two unredeemed vouchers, she redeemed the first one. However, after redeeming that first one, she STILL had two vouchers listed.
This is not expected behavior, because when a voucher is redeemed, it should appear in the recent payments menu, and disappear from the unredeemed vouchers menu.
Moreover, she has received an email claiming that the voucher has been redeemed for every attempt she has made.
There is also a noticeable lag in the Business Dashboard page whenever the voucher page is entered, with the Dashboard icon on the navtab taking a while to load. Moreover, the caption of the unloaded icon says 'Profile' when it should say 'Dashboard'.
