Description: This is what I figured out by trying to develop in my Mac environment.

As Node-sass isn't supporting the new Catalina environment with Node 12, I had to downgrade to Node 8.1.1 while using Catalina.
MUST use SQLite for testing environment or else tests will fail.

Hope this helps and saves someone some time.
