It would be great if we could have a way to specify different timeout by page

@jeremymarc @nwalters512 And also to have timeout for both enter and exit. Would that be possible?
I'm trying to kind of cross-fade 2 pages, and currently it doesnt apply the .page-transition-enter class till the exit is done.
