AFAIK, pound is no longer actively maintained. E.g. Varnish forked it, updated it, and released it under hitch: https://github.com/varnish/hitch

i don't see any relation of hitch to pound (grep -ri pound in the sourcecode yielded 0 matches), i think they just wrote one from scratch. and it seems to use different model (libev), pound afaik created one thread for each connection.

looks like hitch is instead based on stud 0.3.2:

https://github.com/varnish/hitch/blob/master/CHANGES.rst#hitch-100-beta1-2015-05-13

and pound got it's last 2.7 release in 2015-01-26

Ah, you're right, I mixed up these two.

If you're willing to put together a pull with appropriate links and references, I'm happy to add it to the list :)

don't know how to check those params :)

i can give you address of some site that runs pound if the tests can be performed remotely.

Doing spot checks is not reliable, we need pointers to docs and/or code (ideally, the former). If the docs are not there, then its worth opening a bug on their repo :)
