QNAP TVS 1271U-RP - Unable to Add Homebridge to HomeKit

Describe The Bug

Instructions worked to create a working Homebridge Container, however, HomeKit is unable to find it, receiving error: Accessory Not Found.
iPhone 15 Pro; iOS Version 18.1.1

QNAP TVS-1271U-RP

Firmware: QTS 5.2.2.2950

I followed this guide to the T for the install:

HomeBridge is running and accessible and up to date. Additionally I am able to access the HomeBridge UI from other devices within the network.

The guide states to use the HOST network mode and as such uses the same internal IPv4 address as the QNAP server itself.

Within the HomeBridge Settings I have enabled Debug Logging.

I have attempted using the Avahi, Bonjour and Ciao mDNS.

Against my better judgement I have also enabled UPnP on the QNAP.

Additionally, I have enabled all the Bonjour Services on the QNAP.

When attempting to scan the QR Code to add to HomeKit, it times out with the error: "Accessory Not Found"

Anyone have any ideas or solutions?
