Once you select United Kingdom the listed regions only cover England.
This means it is missing regions in Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

This issue apears to be a duplicate of #34882.

It apears that you can sign the CLA if you are from Wales as that is listed as country.

It would make sense to ethier simplifiy the UK entry to just incldue the four constituent countries or rename the UK to England as there are actualy quite a few issues rasied about this.

Happy to put together a PR if someone could give guidence on what the purpose of the regions are.
