Pyccuracy follows a very strict header-for-file format. Is there a provision for file level license boilerplate that all open-source projects have ?

Say instead of :

As a ...
I want to ...
So that ...

I am able to write it like :

<license boilerplate here( each line starting with '#'>
As a ...
I want ...
So that ...
