It's hard for me to tell where it's hitting in the Julia stack, but I just wanted to make a note that it would be nice if this could be exporting directly to ModelingToolkit.jl's ODESystem or ReactionSystem.

Thank you for the feedback.
Currently, we are exporting to Julia's format which can be used with DifferentialEquations.jl. It is still experimental but gets the reproducible result in comparison to other tools though.
ModelingToolkit.jl format is also interesting. I guess we will include it in the near future plans.
