[HxPager] Allow setting responsive breakpoint for full/miminal form

Currently, there is a full

and minimal

form of the HxPager rendering.

The full form is hardcoded from MD breakpoint up.

For specific scenarios where a table and its pager is placed in a narrow container, i would like to be able to set the breakpoint manually, so the pager does not overflow its container.

alternatively, i would like to be able to set, how many page numbers are displayed in the full form.
