我的文件已经存在于alist中，不想通过halo重新上传一遍。
S3存储插件已经实现了导入附件的功能，alist也支持S3存储，但是不会配置。。。
希望早点支持从alist导入附件库，并可以检测重名后跳过上传的选项。
