I have gotten my teleprompter, and it works well. I currently use QPrompt, and that works well. For those doing presentations online, I think this is something that many could find really useful. The first iteration could be a simple mirrored adaptation of the speaker view. There may be another iteration that might be worthwhile too, and that's another |

Turns out, there are cheap teleprompters that you can set up in front of a camera that projects the screen of a mobile device right in front of the camera. I just ordered one (no idea if that one is any good, but I figured it is worthwhile trying out), it occurred to me it would be awfully nice to have if I gave a video presentation, as it would allow you to look straight into the lens while also looking at the speaker view.
The speaker view would need some adaptation. First of all, it has to be mirrored as the teleprompter is a mirror. Then, it is probably wise to have the notes in the center of the screen, as your eyes will mostly be on the notes, and therefore, your audience will see you looking there. Current and next slide could be on either side.
I'm also sure this could be very nice to have with the OBS slide view in #3606.
Being not much of a front-end person, I hope a better front-end developer would find this interesting.
