In the Setup tab please fix the command for verifying the GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS environment variable is set or not .

As the correct command for windows will be: echo %GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS% as the given command in the codelab does not work for windows.
