Describe the bug
Some example flows will not import after updating to 2024.12.1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to flows
  2. Download example flow from authentik docs (Example - Two-factor Login)
  3. Attempt to import
  4. Flow object does not exist. No client-side web browser errors. Tested in chrome and safari

Expected behavior
Flows import properly (and this does work for the example unenroll flow)

That flow has a different name than the filename, IIRC it's named default-enrollment-flow
