Mostly a memo issue to investigate disk space usage and remove any large unused bloat

Investigating the disk usage after each set of tasks in https://github.com/fprime-community/fprime-workspace-image/actions/runs/8056782377/job/22006581730 confirms my suspicions that the Arduino package definitions are taking up a good amount of space
