Settings Screen still shows "Connect to a TAK Server" immediately after connecting

Describe the bug
When connecting to a TAK Server from the Settings screen, the screen continues to show "Connect to a TAK Server" after connecting

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Settings Screen when not connected to a TAK server
2. Connect to a TAK server
3. Use the back navigation to view the Settings Screen

Expected behavior
It should show "Delete Current TAK Server Connection"
