Describe the bug
When importing a datapackage if the root is a directory it can't be processed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a folder structure like mypackage/MANIFEST/manifest.xml, etc
  2. Zip so that the mypackage folder is included in the zip
  3. Attempt to import

Expected behavior
In ATAK this gets imported properly. The app should look inside the root folder to see if there's a manifest

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Version: [e.g. 22] 1.1
  • App Store or TestFlight?: App Store

Additional context
It's possible that this also worked properly in previous versions since we had the concept of a "root folder"
