Retry connection button + Detailed errors for failed TAK server connections.

Hey there, reached out directly on Discord. I'm developing some TAK backend pieces, and would like to be able to have TAK Aware/ATAK etc. connect.

Currently using TAK Aware to attempt to test connections to my TAK server, however there is no retry connection button. So I have to delete and re-add the Data Package each time I'd like to retry.

Describe the solution you'd like
An additional button above the "Delete Current TAK Server Connection" that says "Retry/Restart Connection". Also a way to see the reason why connections are failing would be super helpful.

Additional context

This also may be a SwiftTAK issue, since the UX is identical in TAK Tracker.
