Allow contacting contacts directly from the information interface

We need to be able to reach out directly to contacts showing up on the map

Describe the solution you'd like
Contact information - specifically phone number - is often provided as part of the contacts. If it is provided, we should present the user with the option to directly call them.

Additional context
Need a companion for us to include / broadcast this information (and add it to TAK Tracker as well)
