Not broadcasting markers through opentakserver #56

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When creating a marker on TAKAware (Ipad), it shows up on the screen, but is not broadcast to the server for updating other connected users on the same network.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'Map, marker is added
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
    Look on the map of other ATAK machines connected to same network. No joy.
    Expected behavior
    A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
    expect to see it on all networked machines. when using ITAK on the same Ipad, and using the broadcast option, the markers show up on both the opentakserver UI window, and on Wintak and ATAK machines.

ITAK behaves as expected on this same machine.

Thanks for the report! This is part of #16 - the support to send the marker isn't in v1.0, but will be coming in v1.1.

Hi @bill-mcbride This is going out tonight in the latest TestFlight build, and will be part of the 1.1 release. Let me know if you have any issues with it!

@bill-mcbride Did you try it with the latest TestFlight version? It should say TAK Aware v1.1.53 if so. It won't be in the App Store for probably another two weeks as I have some other features still going in to 1.1 and the holidays

@bill-mcbride Thanks! It may be related to issue #46 or at least the fix for that or #59 might help once I back port those to TAK Tracker.

@bill-mcbride I'm going to give this a spin on an OpenTAKServer instance, but probably not until the 1.2 release. The markers should be broadcast through it though as I did verify they're being send through standard TAK servers (via TCP, not UDP yet).
