Cropped images not on background layer and missing icc

Hi Chen, when cropping and saving an image, I have found two anomalies;

1. The saved image does not contain the embedded ICC profile
2. The cropped image is saved on a layer, not the background. For a JPEG this is an issue as technically JPEG does not support layers. Opening a cropped image in Photoshop shows the cropped image to be on "Layer 1"

Is this something that you're aware of? Is there a solution to ensure that the ICC profile is maintained in the cropped image and the saved JPEG is on the background layer?

Would it be possible to add support for saving the JPG on the background layer? The ICC profile issue is less of a concern for me.

To keep this library simple, I will not support that as it is not a common feature for most people.
