Library download error: "No available formula with the name "libjpeg-dev"

Hello!
Thanks for creating this repository. I'm trying to compile the vrs. During the "library install' step (using a Macbook), I get the following error: No available formula with the name "libjpeg-dev"

The error message is shown in the screenshot. Do you know how I might be able to resolve this? Is there an alternate library that could work instead if this one is not available? I've already tried power-cycling and trying to google the error message.
