The following card seems to have incorrect おくりがな for the dictionary entry:
#2149 ( 2272 6th edition )
厭
厭やらしい いやらしい
unpleasant; disgusting; repulsive; detestable; disagreeable; indecent; lewd; dirty; lascivious
Since the kanji reading is not highlighted - suggests that the algorithm in my old scripts didn't find the correct reading to match - likely a dated version of JMDICT didn't have the correct reading documented.
Steps
need to fix old Perl & php scripts that "split" kanji compound readings...
check the updated format of JMDICT
rerun the scripts and feed the database
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
Likely because an old version of JMDICT has the compound as "厭やらしい" (which is shown by Koohii's Dictionary lookup) instead of " 嫌らしい " - and therefore the splitting algorithm couldn't match " いや " to the kanji.
