Kalibr still ships with docker images for ROS 1 kinetic and melodic, both of which have been end of life for a while now (2021 and 2023 respectively).
the only still supported ROS 1 version is noetic which will be EOL in May 2025 (i.e. 5 months from now!), see the ROS 1 distributions overview.
i'd suggest to:
drop support for kinetic & melodic (there's no sense in supporting ROS releases no longer supported by ROS itself)
upgrade Kalibr to the latest ROS 2 LTS (jazzy at the moment, see REP-2000 for an overview) and drop ROS 1 support completely
update the documentation to mention that ROS 1 users can always check out the old version of Kalibr using git (maybe create a git tag just before the upgrade to make this easier?)
