Updating Flac-Encoder (or any encoder)

Hi Y'all! I'd love to update Flac encoder to 1.4.3 as 1.4.2 contains some small bugs and is a little slower. Found no way to do that.

Hi, fre:ac continuous builds already come with FLAC 1.4.3 and other updated codecs.

If you are on Windows (and not using the Microsoft Store version of fre:ac), you can also just replace the FLAC.dll in the codecs subfolder with a different version.
