This is mostly just a reminder. After we introduce gold-standard-006, we should update the continuous integration script to stop downloading boost (as it's no longer a dependency).

From looking through the CI logs, boost actually downloads A LOT and the dependency-download CI-step is part of most of our workflows. I expect this could shave a minute or 2 off of them.
