Oftentimes I'll run op/do-publication after committing an org file with magit. Then when I refresh the magit buffer, it'll ask me if I want to save the org file, because it's in the repository.
The thing is that I've now changed branch, so if I save it, I'm gonna save a change in the wrong branch.
I don't know if there's really a solution, but it's a problem in my workflow and I don't know what to do about it.
