[Security:Cases:View page]Incorrect announcement of elements in Activity tab

Description
Elements has to be correctly announced, without duplication. If they are in the list, list shouldn't be repeated with each element, for users using assistive technology.

Preconditions
Security -> Cases -> View page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Activity tab.
2.Navigate through elements below Sort by field.
3.Observe the page and screen reader.

Actual Result

• With each button it is announced "list with 4 items". Also, announcement is duplicated due to tooltip.

Expected Result

• List with 4 items shouldn't be announced with all buttons. Elements belonging to the list should be mentioned as element 1 of 4, 2 of 4 accordingly.
  Elements should be announced only one time. Tooltip doesn't need to be announced.
