Inconsistent icon colour in data tables

The icon colours in tables should be consistent. For example, timeline mainly uses blue icons, but uses a white “open flyout” icon. And, in alerts all icons, including the “open flyout” icon, are blue.
Suggested fix
Make all interactive icons the same blue colour in data tables.
