Description
Text which belongs to the field (instructions), has to be announced with the field for the users, using assistive technology.

Preconditions
Security -> Cases -> Settings page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Add template button.
2.Press Enter.
3.Navigate to External incident management system field.
4.Observe the field and screen reader.

  • Field is announced without text below it.

Expected Result

  • Field is announced together with text below it.
