Description
When user tabs over cases main page, the tooltip on Average time to close gets announced in screenreader as "More about average time to close, image" but the actual tooltip when you hover the info icon is "The average duration (from creation to closure) for your current cases".
The screenreader announcement is missing the complete information

Preconditions
Security solution -> on cases page

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open cases page
  2. Tab through the page and run voiceover on it
  3. Notice that voice over on info button on average time to close gets announced as "More about average time to close, image"
