Kibana version:
8.16++

Describe the bug:

When you paste on value from the clipboard to the Absolute time range input, the value is being duplicated

I am not sure if this is a unified search bug tbh. It needs investigation. It might be a bug in EUI too so I am pinging also the team here

ℹ I can reproduce it on Kibana, but I can't reproduce it on EUI side (e.g. in the docs or storybook)
