Name of the ORT Server CLI command

The ORT Server CLI is a tool that is intended to communicate with the ORT Server Backend.

The main functionality of the CLI is to start ORT runs and to download the results.
Maintenance of the ORT Server is currently not the focus of this CLI.

As the UI is the main entrypoint for users, our intention is that the CLI is mainly used from CI/CD.

This CLI needs a name how it would be used in the command line.

At the moment, it was implemented as ort-server.
But we wanted to discuss this naming with the community in order to find the best option.

ortsrv

This is shorter than ort-server and more in line with CLI tools like kubectl or systemctl.

However, this name has the same issues that ort-server has: It uses "server/srv" as part of the name, which indicates a server tool, while the CLI is in fact a client.
But as ORT Server is the name of this project, it is the most speaking, and it very clear what this command refers to.

Why not ortctl then? That would go into the direction of the "remote control" idea I've mentioned during the meeting.

Because "controlling" or "maintaining" the ORT Server is not the main use case for the CLI.
For kubectl and systemctl this is the main use case.

To me, that's exactly controlling (control what the server is supposed to do: start runs, provide downloads).

I would be fine with ortctl as well; the distinction what exactly is controlled seems to be a bit artificial.
As an alternative, how about osc for "ORT Server Client"?
