Hi everybody,

I have a question and I don't know if it's possible.
I make a detection on a website and I add filters. When I preview my filter it works perfectly

My question is: How can I use the result of the preview filter and use it as notification content instead of the diff ?
I tried all the available token, but nothing works as I want (and I don't know if it's possible)

Probably want to share some more details. Can you show what your preview shows and what your output is. Where are you outputting to?

I made a filter to only get title :

The preview is perfect, it gives me only the title and the goal is to be notified when a new topic

I'm using ntfy and I receive the notification, this is my settings:

And I receive this:

Is it possible to receive only a notification with only the new title (or there is any possibility to do something to parse the response or anything else)

I would be careful selecting only "added" lines, as the warning/note suggests, sometimes they show as "changed" aswell as "Added" if they are similar enough

you are not clear enough, you want just ONE title or?

Just all the new titles, as displayed in the filters

No idea why it's grabbing the extra stuff. I'm using xpath:/html/body/main/div/div[2]/article/div/div/div[1] in my filters section and getting ONLY titles.

You might also be able to add those xpath/css filters to the ignore section, that ones for comments and such.

And what did you use in your body notification ? The snapshot ?
By doing with xpath, it gives me the same thing (and both configuration display the right data in filter preview)

Just current_snapshot, but these previews and tests sometimes don't work for me, so my best bet is to test as websites are updated. Sometimes I don't get it right first go, but I make small adjustments as I learn how each site works a little differently and how changedetection handles them.
