How to keep everything in one tab?

I'm loving this tool a lot but one thing gets annoying really fast every time I use it - whenever I click the History or Preview buttons for the things I'm watching, it opens a new tab. I would prefer to go to the page on the same tab but I can't find a way to do that from the settings page.
