I would make one suggestion for the Details view. I think it would look better id we had a simple tabular format with 4 columns - It will be easier to read and digest. We have 25 provinces so the view will grow.
Example
{Province} {Cas Confirmés} {Guerisons} {Décés}
Kinshasa 556 65 31
Nord Kivu 6 5 0
Sud Kivu 3 3 0
