Sidebar component doesn't function after navigation

When viewing in tablet or mobile view the sidebar component stops working after user navigates to new page that has the component. The component works again after a hard refresh.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to /docs
2. Use the Docs Menu to navigate to Build
3. Click on Docs Menu button

Expected:

Docs menu opens, allowing user to select a new menu item

Current:

Docs menu does not open unless the user does a hard refresh on page.
