ModelTest-NG -T option

Good afternoon,

When using -T mrbayes (conda installation) modeltest-ng outputs the default commands (phyml, raxmlHPC-SSE3, raxml-ng, paup, and iqtree), and the same happens with -T raxml, did I misunderstand the function of this option? If not, did I do something wrong when I installed modeltest-ng?

If you set -T mrbayes, it will just test the models that mrbayes can supported, hope this is helpful to you.
