make the site work as a PWA and heavily encourage use as a PWA on mobile

a Progressive Web App on the homescreen on iOS can ditch all of the window chrome and provide a better/smoother experience, and will also put the sleep later store on users' homescreens where they can get at it easily and will think about it more frequently and engage more.

On iOS, we could show a popup with an arrow or picture or animation inviting users to add the app to the homescreen, covering close to the whole screen but dismissable with an "x"
