chrome://extensions says I'm using Perceptual Ad Highlighter 1.0.2.

The tweet does have the hashtag #adra but others with that hashtag aren't highlighted.

Definitely a false positive for the image match. Any chance you could post a copy of source for the underlying image?

Just by clicking, I get https://twitter.com/i/moments/854223248246046721 and then https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C9rQTf7W0AA2jBm.jpg

In case a high res/vector version would help, I suspect the image is derived from https://openclipart.org/detail/271661/Freebassel-2017-Freebassel5years-1
