The descriptive text for the data-browser graphs are innaccurate

Current text:

The following graphs represent data for the 31 financial institutions reporting HMDA quarterly data in the current year. The graphs display current quarters and three years of historical data.

New text:

[x] financial institutions are required to report HMDA quarterly data in [year]. The following graphs show current and historic HMDA data for these institutions.
