What would you like to be added:
再创建用户时，设置的密码，是否支持配置密码复杂度。同时支持配置密码有效期，再有效期到期之前进行提示用户进行修改。

Why is this needed:
公司这边使用，等保要求这些功能

开源版本现在应该只有最多尝试次数的限制，而且是要手工改库的，很隐蔽。其他的安全特性开源版本目前都不支持。
