The problem with the volume buttons

When using PORTS with a clean installation and 1 experienced game.
F decreases the volume, and pressing the right stick increases it.
the volume keys do not respond to pressing at all

Expected response: the volume keys adjust the sound correctly. F and pressing the right stick do not control the volume

UPD the bug manifests itself when the keys are reassigned through the menu!

I researched the problem a bit and found the cause. If you change the a <-> b and x <-> y buttons through the settings, then a error occurs and the rest of the buttons get confused, for example, volume.
