Wallpaper Engine for KDE option not appearing

The image underneath is the end result you are supposed to get after installing the Wallpaper Engine KDE plugin and its dependencies:

Though, I am not getting this option. I have followed all the steps, made sure Vulkan is working (installing the driver) and Wallpaper Engine from Steam is installed. Before you ask, yes, I did reload KDE plasma, I logged out and in again and i also rebooted to be sure

edit: i use arch btw
