This feature isn't necessarily high priority because the only usecase I'm aware of is avoiding numerical precision issues close to the player in large scenes or scenes that drift far from the origin. Should only be an issue for scenes wider/taller than ~4km.

This will likely be closely tied with the implementation of get/set_box2dworld_transform
