I would like to propose a new feature for the win11React project to enhance user experience by adding support for desktop icon drag and positioning.

Currently, the project lacks the ability to drag and reposition desktop icons, a feature commonly found in modern desktop environments. I believe implementing this functionality would significantly improve the overall usability of the win11React project.

Drag and Drop: Users should be able to click and drag desktop icons to reposition them freely across the desktop.
Grid Snapping (Optional): Consider incorporating an optional grid snapping feature for precise icon alignment.
Persistent Positioning: Icon positions should be saved and restored between sessions for a consistent user experience.
Benefits:

Improved desktop customization and organization.
Aligns win11React with standard desktop environment expectations.
Enhances overall user satisfaction.
Additional Context:
This feature is common in mainstream operating systems, and its absence in win11React might be limiting for users accustomed to this functionality. Including this feature would contribute to making the project more user-friendly and aligned with contemporary desktop standards.

Thank you for considering this feature request, and I'm open to further discussion or clarification if needed.
