The error message "Ruby version ... or Rails version ... not supported" should be more specific about whether it is the Ruby version that is not supported, or the Rails version that is not supported. In other words, the error message should not use the conjunction "or." I should be able to tell from the message whether it is my Ruby version that is the problem, or the Rails version that is the problem.
